Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
At AI Listingo (https://ailistingo.com/), we provide manual AI tool, SaaS product, startup, and business directory submission services. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing our services.
1. No Guarantee of Directory Approval
AI Listingo provides manual directory submission services. We do not guarantee that every submitted AI tool, SaaS product, or website will be approved, published, or listed by third-party directories. Approval decisions are made independently by each directory.
2. Refund Policy
Once work has started on an order, refunds are generally not available for work already completed or submissions already performed.
If we are unable to start or deliver the purchased service, you may contact us to discuss an appropriate refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Completed Orders
After submissions have been completed and the submission report has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. Refunds will not generally be provided because of rejected submissions, pending approvals, or the absence of immediate traffic, backlinks, ranking improvements, or domain authority changes.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate website URLs, tool descriptions, contact details, and other required information. Delays or unsuccessful submissions caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may not qualify for a refund.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service, please contact us with the relevant payment details. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed for a refund.
6. Cancellation Requests
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on whether work has started and how much of the service has already been completed.
7. Contact Us
